Niigata Philippine Society Pays Courtesy Call on Mayor of Kamo City

Kamo City, August 18, 2025 — This afternoon at 4:00 p.m., the Executive Officers of the Niigata Philippine Society visited Mayor Akemi Fujita at the Kamo City Office. They were joined by City Councillor Ms. Kondo Yumi.

During the meeting, the Society introduced its activities and explored ways to collaborate with the City, particularly to support the Filipino residents in Kamo. Mayor Fujita expressed her hope for close cooperation and future initiatives that benefit the community.

The courtesy call was warmly received, with the Mayor, the General Affairs Division, and the Kamo City International Association welcoming the Society’s officers.
